The Division of Statewide Community-Based Services of the Department of Elder Affairs is responsible for delivering the majority of direct services. This division collaborates with local service providers and the eleven Area Agencies on Ageing of the State to ensure that a critical segment of the population receives these services.

Duties and Responsibilities of Registered Nurse Jobs in Switzerland

Maintains precise and current medical records on clients by consistently documenting casework activities. Ensures the timely and accurate collection and reporting of data.
  • ensures that the Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) procedure is fully executed before the issuance of a Level of Care in response to a psychiatric hospital, state mental hospital, or psychiatric hospital unit request.
