• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication
• Capability to efficiently complete designated duties in a high-pressure setting.

• SVQ II in healthcare, or the pursuit of one.
• Prior experience in a position or environment that required compassion.
• Prior experience working in an acute environment as a support worker
• Fundamental knowledge of infection control
• Excellent Knowledge of Infection Control Principles in a Compassionate Setting
• Capability to organize one’s own responsibilities
• Capability to appropriately escalate
• Capacity to Incorporate Compassion and Caring Into Practice
• Possess the capability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays, among other schedules.
• Capability to perform required rotations between departments or sites.
