How to Apply for Ministry of Defence Jobs
For MOD Jobs, applicants must apply online at https://amdte-rect.gov.pk/. Click on the Apply link.
- Read the applicable advertisement and instructions first.
- The positions of BPS-1 to BPS-5 will be filled on the basis of local domicile, i.e. Rawalpindi or Islamabad.
- You can register separately for multiple positions.
- At any stage, applications containing false or fabricated information (CNIC, qualifications, experience, gender, religion, domicile, etc.) will be rejected.
- The Online Application Form must be completed with extreme care, as requests to amend the application after submission will not be honored.
- Fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
Important Note:
- Before applying online, please review the job advertisement carefully and ensure that you meet all requirements for the position for which you are applying.
- Candidates must be enrolled Pakistani citizens. Those in Government Service must register through the correct channels.
- The test/interview schedule will only be communicated to qualified/shortlisted candidates.
- According to departmental needs, the number of positions may be increased or decreased.
- The duty station will be in Rawalpindi or Islamabad.
- The age will be calculated as of the advertisement’s closing date. Age relaxation will be granted to disabled candidates (10 years in addition to the upper age limit) and candidates from Sindh (R), Balochistan, Ex-FATA, and AK (3 years in addition to the upper age limit) in accordance with the Government of Pakistan’s existing regulations.
- 15 years or the number of years actually served in the armed forces, whichever is less; therefore, the utmost age limit for retired armed forces personnel is 45 years.
- No TA or DA will be allowed for the examination or interview.
- If a candidate’s designated test/interview center has a low number of candidates, he or she may be reassigned to a nearby center with a larger number of candidates.
- The positions of BPS 1 through BPS 5 will be appointed based on domicile in the Rawalpindi/Islamabad District.
- There are no charges for any employment category.
