• Ensures that housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas are maintained according to company specifications while in use.
• When necessary or as directed by management, stock carts and cart compartments.
• Communicating all maintenance concerns directly to the front desk or manager.
• Notifying the front desk and management of any visitor belongings that may have been left behind in the room Whenever feasible, accommodating and assisting guest requests Constantly ensuring visitor and employee safety.
• Compliance with each and every safety and security policy and procedure
• assisting in the cleaning of all hotel areas as the manager specifies, including but not limited to the associate break room, guest laundry, fitness center, vending areas, stairwells, and common areas. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire establishment, as well as any other duties assigned by the management team.
